1. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines:
All our products are freshly baked to order to ensure the highest quality and freshness.
Orders are typically prepared within 24–48 hours of confirmation with payments.
Custom celebration cakes: As per mutually agreed schedule.
Festive and bulk orders: Advance booking recommended.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver via Porter/Rapido/Uber riders
across: JoyVille Sec-102, Gurugram and nearby condominiums Dwarka Expressway region, Gurugram (selected locations)
For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us before placing an order.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on location.
Free delivery available for orders above ₹1500/- that is within 8 kms delivery radius from our location OR special promotions (if any).
4. Receiving Your Order
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
Once delivered, responsibility for proper storage rests with the customer.
5. Product Care During Transit
All products are carefully packed to maintain freshness and quality during
transportation.
As our products are freshly baked and delicate in nature, slight variations in appearance
may occur during transit.
6. Incorrect Address or Non-Availability
If the recipient is unavailable or the address provided is incorrect:
Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Delivery delays may occur.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Since all products are freshly baked to order:
Orders once confirmed cannot usually be cancelled.
Refunds are not available for change-of-mind cancellations.
In case of any quality concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
